Yes. All core features — album tracking, sticker scanning, the discovery map, trading, chat, marketplace, events, and gamification — are completely free. We'll introduce an optional Figuri Pro subscription in the future with extra perks, but you'll never lose access to the features you use today.
Trading in person is the core experience, but we make it safe. All traders are identity-verified before their first trade. The app suggests curated safe meetup spots (public parks, kioscos, schools). You can also chat and review profiles before meeting, and rate traders after every exchange.
We launch with a wide catalog of international tournaments, local leagues, and pop-culture albums — and we're adding more every week. You can also request any album you want directly from the app and we'll add it.

No. You control your location privacy with three levels: approximate (neighborhood), distance-only, or fully hidden. Your exact GPS coordinates are never shared with other users. You can disable location sharing completely at any time.
Figuri is fully available in Spanish, English, and Portuguese — including all notifications, challenges, and in-app copy. The app auto-detects your language, and you can change it anytime in Settings.

You need to be at least 14 years old to create an account. Users under 18 can browse, collect, and track albums, but identity verification (required for in-person trading) may require a parent or guardian's consent depending on local laws.
Yes. You can request full account deletion from Settings at any time. We delete your profile, collection data, messages, and personal information. Identity verification data is retained only as required by law. The process completes within 30 days.
You can browse your collection and scan stickers offline — the camera scanner works on-device. Discovery, trading, chat, and leaderboards require an internet connection. Your changes sync automatically when you're back online.
